Eddie Smith is co-founder and president of the U.S. PRAYER CENTER in Houston, Texas. His memberships include: America's National Prayer Committee, the International Prayer Council, the International Strategic Prayer Network, and the International Reconciliation Coalition. He is a contributor to Charisma, Ministries Today, Spirit-Led Woman, New Man, and Pray! magazines, as well as an occasional guest on CBN's 700 Club. Before starting the U.S. PRAYER CENTER in 1990, Eddie and his wife Alice served 16 years in itinerant evangelism, and 14 years in the local church.
