Your Child Is Your Greatest Treasure.

The children's ministry at Gateway is focused on the command of Jesus Christ to feed his lambs. On all levels we teach the children to love God and love others. We use Lifeway curriculum for Sunday school. Our Children's Church curriculum is based on Willie George's Kids on the move augmented by our wonderful, creative volunteers. The "harbor", our Children's room is decorated like a boat going out to sea. We call it the harbor because that is where fishers of men come to get fed, rested, refreshed, refueled, mend their nets and repair their boats.  Our social activities focus on family involvement and outreach. 

Marty and Harlene Oeschler have been partners in ministry for the last 24 years focusing on children and youth.  They compliment each other well.  Marty does much of the teaching while Harlene is a natural administrator. We have a huge volunteer army to face the challenges of our rapidly growing church family
